Kevin L. Bayly

Kevin is the managing attorney of Community Title Network’s Washington, DC office. Kevin’s legal experience includes real estate and property law, real estate transactions, contract drafting and negotiations, small business matters, intellectual property, and copyright law.

A native of the Washington, DC area, Kevin attended Gonzaga College High School, graduated from the University of Maryland as a Banneker Key Scholar in 2004, and earned his law degree from Catholic University of America’s Columbus School of Law in 2012.

Kevin is a member of the Maryland Bar and an active volunteer in both the Pro Bono Resource Center of Maryland’s Tax Sale Foreclosure Clinic and the Maryland Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts. Kevin is also an affiliate member of the Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors, and an active member of the Lamond-Riggs Civic Association in Northeast Washington, DC.
