Jordan Rosen, Esq.

Jordan Rosen underwrites a variety of commercial real estate transactions involving private, public and governmental financing. Such transactions include FHA/HUD insured projects, Low-Income Housing Tax Credit projects, various other multi-family/affordable housing projects, large-scale residential subdivisions, shopping centers, office buildings, and raw undeveloped land. Jordan represents a diverse set of clients, including commercial and residential developers, local and large-scale national builders, and local and national lenders.

Brian Resnick has worked in the title insurance business since 2001. Brian’s division serves national and local builders throughout Maryland. Brian emphasizes a hands-on approach, serving as lead contact for his builder clients, overseeing all aspects of the Closing Process, including title review, title issue resolution, CD/CCS preparation, Settlements, and disbursements. Prior to joining Strata Law, Brian managed the day-to-day operations of the Builder/Commercial Division for one of the largest title companies in the Mid-Atlantic region located in Columbia, Maryland. Brian has a degree from The University of Maryland at College Park and has a background in buying and rehabilitating homes in Baltimore City. He previously served as the Vice President of the Board for the JCC of Central Maryland.

Stuart Resnick, Esq.

Mr. Resnick has handled commercial real estate transactions for some of the region’s most prominent builders and developers for more than 30 years. Prior to joining Strata Law, LLC, Stuart managed RGS Title, LLC’s Builder/Commercial Division and served as that company’s Central Maryland Regional Director. Stuart has also been recognized as an expert in Real Estate matters by the Circuit Court of Baltimore County, Maryland, the Circuit Court of Howard County, Maryland, and in the United States Bankruptcy Court.

Adam Holmwood manages Strata Law’s Columbia office and has extensive experience in all aspects of residential real estate transactions. He has been providing legal services to the real estate communities in Howard, Frederick & Montgomery Counties for 10 years. Adam is an energetic and results-driven lawyer who is passionate about helping his customers and affiliates by providing sound guidance and resolving any issues that may arise during a transaction. Active in the community, Adam speaks at various educational seminars and is involved with many area associations. Adam is originally from Howard County and attended Wilde Lake High School. He received his undergraduate degree from University of Maryland and his Juris Doctorate from University of Baltimore. His professional affiliations include the Maryland Bar Association, Howard County Bar Association, and the Howard County Association of Realtors.

Robin Jackson

Born, raised and educated in the Baltimore area, Robin has been a Licensed Title Insurance Agent for 15 years. Robin leverages her background in Business Management and Marketing to build strategic partnerships and strengthen relationships within the industry and community. In addition to the traditional marketing and outreach initiatives with the real estate, lending and banking institutions, Robin also leads company initiatives related to social media marketing and community outreach campaigns designed to advance the company’s image. Robin is a member of the Howard County Association of Realtors where she serves on the Social Committee.
