Jordan Rosen

A Baltimore native, Jordan focuses on commercial real estate transactions and other matters related to commercial transactions. Jordan attended the University of Maryland where he graduated in 2008. Jordan attended the New England School of Law, graduating in 2011.

Jordan underwrites a variety of commercial real estate transactions involving private, public and governmental financing. Such transactions include FHA/HUD insured projects, Low-Income Housing Tax Credit projects, various other multi-family/affordable housing projects, large-scale residential subdivisions, shopping centers, office buildings, and raw undeveloped land. Jordan represents a diverse set of clients, including commercial and residential developers, local and large-scale national builders, and local and national lenders.

Jordan is licensed in Maryland and is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association and its Real Estate Property Section.
