Michael C. Ridgway

Mike has been practicing law, focusing on real estate matters, in the Washington Metropolitan area for over 33 years.

Mike received his law degree in 1984 from The Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law. Following completion of law school, Mike served as the law clerk to the Honorable James J. McAuliffe, Jr, Judge of the Sixth Judicial Circuit of Maryland from 1984 to 1985. He is licensed in Maryland and is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association and the Montgomery County Bar Association. Mike has been very active in the real estate community throughout the Baltimore and Washington Metropolitan Region, instructing realtors in continuing educations courses and providing practical solutions to realtors, lenders, and consumers. Mike is experienced in residential and commercial transactions and focuses his practice on providing practical resolution of issues throughout the entire real estate transaction.

Mike is very active in the real estate community, serving in many leadership roles over the years in the Maryland Land Title Association, educating realtors, and assisting as part of other organizations supporting assistance to homeownership. Mike was a member of the inaugural class of Leadership Montgomery in 1990.

Mike is also very active in the regional community at large, serving in leadership roles in non- profit and charitable organizations. Among his many leadership roles, Mike served on the Georgetown Preparatory School Board of Trustees from 2002-2008. Mike was honored as the Montgomery County MD Catholic Business Network Community Leader of the Year 2016 for his years of dedication to charitable organizations.
