Payton Murphy joined Community Title Network as a Settlement Attorney after two years in the title insurance industry. Payton graduated from McDaniel College in 2016 with a degree in Political Science. She received her law degree from the Catholic University of America’s Columbus School of Law, graduating in 2019. There, Payton was first introduced to the title industry while taking a course entitled “Real Estate Transactions”; she immediately knew this was the field for her. Payton appreciates that this industry constantly affords her the opportunity to expand her base of knowledge and learn something new. Payton most enjoys working with clients and agents to ensure they feel supported throughout their transaction. When Payton isn’t in the office, she loves to spend time with friends, visit her local farmer’s markets, and hike the many beautiful trails the DMV has to offer with her hiking buddy, a rescue dog named Hadley.
